    GOOD TO KNOW

    Frequently asked questions.

    Who do you work with?

We support individuals, salaried professionals, freelancers, startups, small businesses and companies. Whether you need a single income tax return filed or ongoing accounting and compliance for a growing business, we tailor our support to your situation.

Do I have to visit your office, or can everything be done remotely?

Most work can be handled remotely over phone, email and WhatsApp — you can share documents digitally and we’ll keep you updated. You’re always welcome to visit our Cherthala office if you’d prefer to meet in person.

What documents do I need to file my income tax return?

It varies by case, but commonly: PAN, Aadhaar, Form 16 (for salaried individuals), bank statements, interest certificates, details of any other income, and proofs for deductions you wish to claim. Share what you have and we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed for your return.

When is the last date to file my income tax return?

For most individuals and non-audit cases, the usual due date is 31 July following the financial year. Audit cases and companies have later dates. Deadlines can be extended by the government, so check the calendar above or ask us for the current year’s date.

Do I need to register for GST?

GST registration is generally required once your turnover crosses the prescribed threshold, and in certain cases regardless of turnover (for example, inter-state supply or e-commerce). We can review your business and advise whether registration applies, then handle it for you.

    How are your fees decided?

Fees depend on the nature and scope of the work — a simple return is very different from ongoing accounting or audit. We’ll give you a clear idea of the cost upfront, with no surprises. Reach out for a quote for your specific requirement.

I’ve received a tax notice — can you help?

Yes. Share the notice with us and we’ll help you understand what it means, prepare the right response and represent your case appropriately. Please don’t ignore notices — acting early usually leads to a smoother outcome.

    How do I get started?

Simply call or message us on WhatsApp with a short note about what you need. We’ll understand your requirement, outline the next steps and get going — it’s that straightforward.
